Be a hero...
The absolutely most effective protection from the awful truth is denial:
Telling ourselves that things are O.K., or are going to be all right,
or that it is acceptable for us not to be involved
in correcting situations that take away our rights, that abuse our spirits,
that endanger our health and lives.
Denial of what is actually true in a situation is,
at the least stupid, and sometimes even criminal.


Aren't real heroes those who face awful truths?
This sticker encourages us all to find opportunities to recognize them...
Eventually the sheer numbers of people who are aware
can begin to bring about changes that make the world a better place
for themselves and their loved ones. The first step is awareness:
Knowing there is a problem, whatever that may be. :O)
